Refund policy

Tickets are non-refundable by default. There are clear exceptions, listed below, and we always honor consumer law in your jurisdiction.

Automatic refunds

  • Event cancelled by the organizer
  • Event materially changed (date, headliner, venue city)
  • Duplicate charge confirmed by the payment processor

Organizer-discretion refunds

Some organizers offer flexible refunds; this is shown clearly on the event page before checkout. Refund windows and any restocking fees are set by the organizer.

Resale

Where permitted by the organizer and local law, tickets can be transferred or resold through ZERAKET. Off-platform resale is unsupported and may invalidate the ticket.

Processing time

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Mobile money refunds are typically same-day.

Disputes

Open a ticket from your order page. We respond within one business day and escalate to a human within three.
