1. Prohibited and restricted categories
- Prohibited: fraud, scams, pyramid schemes, illegal goods or services, weapons, hate, adult sexual content, counterfeit goods.
- Restricted, allowed only with approval and age targeting: alcohol, betting, financial products, health claims.
- Every ad is screened automatically and reviewed by our team before it goes live.
2. Sponsored content transparency
Every paid placement shows a clear Sponsored or Ad label and the advertiser's name. Sponsored events and listings are marked as such.
3. Data use in advertising
- Targeting uses event interests, location and activity on ZERAKET, only with consent.
- We do not target by sensitive traits such as health, religion or ethnicity.
- Advertisers receive aggregated results, never personal data.
4. Influencer and affiliate rules
- Paid or gifted promotion must be disclosed clearly, for example with #ad.
- Affiliate links earn the commission shown in the affiliate program; self referrals and fake traffic are forfeited.
- No misleading claims about sell outs, prices or line ups.
5. AI advertising
AI assists targeting and screening under human oversight. We monitor for bias, explain why you see an ad, and let you turn off personalised ads.
