1. Ticket ownership
- The valid holder is the account the ticket sits in, or the named attendee for named tickets.
- Organizers may ask for ID that matches the ticket name for high value or age restricted events.
- Each ticket carries a unique, signed code. Screenshots of the same code are not separate tickets.
2. Transfer and resale
- Transfers are free unless the organizer sets a fee, and happen inside ZERAKET only.
- Resale is only allowed on the ZERAKET resale marketplace, at or below any price cap the organizer sets.
- A transferred or resold ticket gets a new code; the old one stops working immediately.
- Organizers may disable transfer or resale for an event.
3. Fraud prevention
- Duplicating, editing or forging ticket codes is prohibited.
- Selling tickets outside ZERAKET where the organizer forbids it is prohibited.
- Distributing fake tickets leads to account closure and may be reported to police.
- Tickets bought with stolen payment methods are cancelled.
4. Event entry
- Scanners verify the code online or offline. A code can be admitted once.
- Staff may ask for ID and carry out security screening set by the venue.
- Entry may be refused for invalid codes, age limits, intoxication or venue rule breaches, without refund.
5. Cancellations and changes
- Organizers must announce cancellations and major changes through ZERAKET promptly.
- We notify ticket holders by email, SMS and in app.
- Refunds follow the Refund Policy. Organizers remain responsible for refunds they owe.
