1. Platform intellectual property
ZERAKET, its logo, wordmark, software, ticket designs and interface are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer or use them commercially without written permission.
2. Organizer content
Organizers own their event names, branding, artwork and media. By uploading, they license ZERAKET to display and promote them on the platform, in emails and in ads for the event. Other users may not reuse this content.
3. User generated content
- You keep ownership of reviews, comments, photos and submissions you post.
- You grant ZERAKET a worldwide, non exclusive licence to host, display and moderate them.
- Only post content you have the right to share. We may remove content that breaks our policies.
4. Copyright complaints and takedowns
- Send a takedown request through the Report form with the work, the infringing link, and a statement of good faith.
- We review within 3 business days, remove or restrict content where the claim is valid, and notify the uploader.
- The uploader may file a counter notice. Repeat infringers lose their accounts.
5. Trademark and impersonation
Pretending to be ZERAKET, an artist, an organizer or a brand, or using their marks to mislead buyers, is prohibited. Report it and we act quickly, including removing events and freezing payouts.
