1. Data protection

We design to the strictest standard we operate under, including the GDPR, Uganda's Data Protection and Privacy Act 2019 and Kenya's Data Protection Act 2019, and apply local rules where they add requirements.

2. Financial compliance

  • Payments are processed by licensed providers.
  • Organizers pass KYC checks before payouts; large or unusual flows are reviewed under anti money laundering standards.
  • We calculate and report taxes, including VAT at the rate for each country.

3. Consumer and e commerce law

Clear pricing, honest listings, refund rights and complaint handling follow the consumer protection law of the country where the ticket is sold.

4. Cross border operations

  • Multi currency prices follow local currency regulations.
  • International tax rules decide where tax is due.
  • Organizers must hold any regional event or trading licence required.

5. Regional adaptation

Country rules such as tax rate, currency, minimum age and licensing are kept per country and applied automatically. Current country rules are listed below.
